1234th Terms & Conditions — Applicable to All Users

By accessing or using the 1234th platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 1234th.

1234th is an online betting and gaming platform operated for users in Bangladesh. By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and are participating on this platform of your own free will.

These terms and conditions have been prepared in Bengali for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. In the event of any linguistic ambiguity, the original English version shall prevail. In any dispute, the decision of 1234th shall be considered final.

To open an account with 1234th, the following conditions must be met:

• Each person may register one account only
• A valid mobile number and email address must be provided

1234th currently accepts the following payment methods:

Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. Occasionally, network issues may cause a delay of up to 15 minutes. If it takes longer than that, please contact our support team.

The maximum single deposit limit is ৳1,00,000. The maximum daily deposit limit is ৳5,00,000. Special limits apply for VIP members.

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from 1234th:

The following rules apply when placing bets on 1234th:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled unless the event itself is cancelled
• Pre-match bets are accepted up until the event begins
• Odds in live betting can change at any time
• If a match is suspended mid-way due to a technical issue, bets will be settled in accordance with 1234th's policy.
• 1234th reserves the right to decline bets placed in unusual amounts or exhibiting suspicious betting patterns

Specific sport rules apply when betting on cricket, football, kabaddi, and all other sports. Each market has its own settlement rules, which should be read before placing a bet.

The following terms apply when using 1234th's bonus and promotion offers:

• Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement must be completed before the bonus can be withdrawn.
• Reload Bonus: Available to eligible users each week. Separate terms apply.
• Cashback: Weekly cashback offer on selected games. No wagering requirements on cashback.
• Voucher Code: Promotional voucher codes are single-use and must be redeemed within the specified validity period.

Using multiple accounts, multiple devices, or a VPN to claim bonus offers is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1234th platform:

• Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
• Attempting to manipulate odds or payouts in any way
• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegally obtained funds
• Attempting to introduce hacking tools, viruses, or any other malicious code
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Opening an account on behalf of a minor or assisting them in placing bets

Any involvement in such activities will result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and legal action where applicable. 1234th is obligated to report all suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.

Users may also request to close their account at any time. Any eligible balance should be withdrawn before the account is closed. Upon closure, verified balances will be refunded; however, any bonus funds will be forfeited.
